Lambeth Horticultural Society – Welcome\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

The Lambeth Horticultural Society is a great place to meet like minded gardening people.\u00a0 Every year we have speakers that cover lots of topics that can help you create that perfect garden, discover what is going on in areas of our environment, and give you ideas on what to do with the “tacky” vase that you received for Christmas!\u00a0 \u00a0Every now and then there’s a speaker that makes you think\u00a0 “Well – I never thought I would be interested in that !”<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A Little Bit of History<\/em> <\/span>…………\u00a0 The Lambeth Horticultural Society was formed officially in 1975.\u00a0 \u00a0Prior to that it operated under the title of The Lambeth Garden Club which was organized in 1954-55.\u00a0 \u00a0In August 1975, the Executive Board of the garden club began the process of moving its club into a branch of the Ontario Horticultural Association.\u00a0 Quite the process, however it resulted in what is known today as the Lambeth Horticultural Society.\u00a0<\/h3>\r\n

So come out and get your “Hort” on !!<\/h3>\r\n

(That’s short for Horticulture!!)<\/h4>\r\n
